Telergon Changeover Switches
Telergon Changeover Switches have 125A – 3150A ranges with two different models, Manual Changeover and Automatic Changeover. Also, Tleregon have Cam Switches from 12A to 100A.
Changeover Switches uses for electricity of city and diesel generator. Manual Changeover and Automatic Changeover have two series (IN) and one series (OUT). First part of IN series connected to electricity of city and second part of IN series connected to diesel generator, also OUT par of Manual Changeover or Automatic Changeover should connected to end user.
Of course, Changeover Switches have another uses too. One of these uses is that they connected two Diesel Generators. So that Manual Changeover and Automatic Changeover have two series (IN) and one series (OUT). In series connected to two diesel generators, and OUT par of Manual Changeover or Automatic Changeover should connect to end user.
Order to engine to turning to left or right is another uses of these Changeover Switches. So that, at first we connected one side of changeover to electricity of city then we displacement the phases to the top of Changeover Switches. That mean in this switches we connected two times to electricity of city. As example, we connected OUT of the Changeovers to Elctromotor with RTS and second time we connected with TRS, with like this any time the Changeover change it, Electromotor change it too.
Automatic Changeover Switches, have Commend Circuit that embedded like a terminal on the engine that can have IN with 220V or other voltages.
Cautions: you should not test the Automatic Changeover Switches without Motor, because can cause of serious damages to Motor.
Advantages of using the Telergon Changeover Switches (Manual Changeover or Automatic Changeover).
Manual Changeover or Automatic Changeover has 100% mechanical interlock that never conflict electricity of city with diesel generator electricity.
According to separate installation of Motor and Switch, you can fix it separately if they had problem.
